The Lord instructed John to...
"Write the things which thou hast seen, the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter."
The Revelation prophecy is an historical trace of Christianity. This is termed A-Millennial or Scriptural Millennialism truth among many believers. It is important to remember that "Prophecy" can only be verified as prophecy from the Lord AFTER it has come to pass!
God has given this prophecy as a dispensational guidance for Christians!

Christians of every generation may KNOW these things that John wrote about for our edification. The "theory" of another age to come, called, Pre-Mid or Post- Millennialism has been widely propagated and seemingly accepted without much questioning. This false theory contradicts the historical truth that is presented by John's testimony throughout the Revelation prophecy! This false concept voids out the A- Millennial or Scriptural Millennialism truth that God has foretold for all Christians of every generation to know and be blest by.
Where did the false theory of another age with a mysterious Anti-Christ originate?
Is there any Biblical proof of another Pre- Mid or Post- millellenial Age?
Is there a "Postponement" of Christ's kingdom as some commentators have proclaimed?
Is there another time for the Jewish nation to accept Christ as the Messiah?
Let us look for the source of this theory of another age to come with an "Anti-Christ" reigning for a one thousand year period. This false theory originated in the 16th. Century. History records that two Roman Catholic priests, Ribera and Alcaser were commissioned by the Pope to publish their book which they had written.
This book was skillfully contrived to counteract the prevalent Protestant claim that the Pope was the Anti-Christ. The purpose of these two loyal priests was to blunt the attach of the 16th century Reformers against the Papacy and to direct the peoples thoughts to some mysterious Anti-Christ that was to come in some far off future age.
It was the priest's message also that introduced the "Seven dispensational" theory. They asserted that God had divided His government of the world into seven dispensations, each approximately 1,000 years duration. The Bible however, speaks of only two dispensations, namely the Old Testament and the New Testament dispensations.
These writings of Ribera and Alcaser eventually came into the possession of a man named Irving and from HIS interpretation "Dispensationalism" was birthed! In 18th Century England, several prominent men such as Maitland and J.N. Darby published articles and books on this false theory also. In America, such outstanding men like Doctor C.I. Scofield and Harry Ironside were captivated by this theory and also embraced it. These men were connected to the Moody Bible Institute and became very influential in the propagation of a millennial age to come.
The so-called "Postponement" theory has been added by Scofield and others who project Christ's kingdon into another age to come. In this age, it is proported that the Jews will supposedly accept Christ as their Messiah. This false theory offers a glorious millennium filled with carnal delights and the possibility of being saved under more favorable circumstances. It also offers the Jewish nation another opportunity to accept Christ as their Saviour.
Not so! Jesus said to the Jews that rejected Him..."Hitherto is your house left desolate." It is written: "NOW is the day of salvation, NOW is the accepted time." The word of God offers no opportunity for salvation AFTER Christ appears in the eastern skies! According to the apostle Paul's writings in 1 Thessalonians 4:17, we shall all meet the Lord IN THE AIR.
His feet will not even touch this ground!
The advocates of a supposed Utopian age to come, have reached back into Daniel's writings and distorted Daniel's prophecy of the 70th. week. God had given Daniel the outline and a guidance of the things that were to come to pass, as to the things that He determined for Israel as a nation. The advocates of this so-called "Postponement" theory have "postponed" the 70th. week to make it fit into their concept of another age to come. God's word does not fit into their program!
I would challenge the seeking and thoughtful Christian to examine the scriptures as I present the, "70th week of Daniel"in it's rightful place in history. This is an essential foundation for understanding the prophetic truths of the...Revelation Prophecy
